Mobile tickets are best accessed via the Ticketek Mobile App. If you are unable to download the mobile app you can also access your tickets via the links in the confirmation email or via your order history on the website.

I can't access my mobile ticket?
If your event is still upcoming, please contact us HERE and our team will be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.
If you’re unable to access your mobile ticket once you arrive at the event, please visit the venue box office for assistance. The account holder or cardholder will need to be present and provide valid photo ID so the team can locate the booking details.
When will my tickets be released?
For some events, tickets may not be released until 24-48 hours prior to your event date. If your tickets do not arrive see the box office at the venue for assistance.
Helpful tips when arriving at the event
- Before arriving at the event open your Ticketek App or the links in your confirmation email.
- Once you have opened the Ticketek app, click on tickets to reveal your mobile ticket in preparation for scanning.
- At venues using turnstiles, scan your mobile ticket by placing your mobile phone with the barcode displayed under the turnstile scanner.
- Where hand-held scanners are used, simply present the mobile ticket to the customer service representative for scanning.
