We are unable to offer a change on your chosen delivery method on request.
If you originally chose mobile or print at home tickets, please use the tickets as sent to you. Remember you can also log into your online order history to access and download a copy of the ticket.
Some ticket types have special conditions and may only be collected at the venue on the day.
I have been contacted by you informing me my delivery method has changed, why?
Sometimes tickets for a show have to change from one ticket type to another, and this can be for a variety of reasons such as dispatch issues beyond our control or on request of the venue/promoter.
If your Physical Ticket has changed to an e-ticket this will be transferred over as soon as possible, but may be with you 48-24 hours before the show. They will be sent to the email account linked to your Ticketek account, and may arrive in your spam/junk folders. If the ticket asks you to print it and you do not have access to a printer do not worry - as long as the barcode is visible on a smartphone then the venue can scan it for you.
If your Physical Ticket is changed from Postal Delivery to Box Office Collection then you will be contacted with instructions to do so.
In the event that your ticket isn't posted out to you, your delivery fees will be refunded.
