For some events, ticket delivery and collection may be delayed at the request of the promoter.
Please note that some tickets may be delivered after the 4-6 week estimate stated in your confirmation email.
Digital, SMS and PDF tickets will arrive via your chosen delivery method, no later than 3 days prior to your event.
Listed are all of the shows we have on sale with physical tickets only which are within the 4-6 weeks time period that we have current updates for. If you have an issue with your ticket then please contact us in good time before the event. If your event is not listed and you are expecting physical tickets then please let us know.
The dates listed below are when we expect delivery to commence/have dispatched them, your tickets may arrive slightly later depending on your delivery method and any delays beyond our control.
Any tickets marked "Awaiting Dispatch" will be sent out as soon as possible.
If there is any need to change the delivery method of your tickets then you will be contacted via email. Purchases made after the dispatch date may have to be collected from the box office on the night.
International customers may also need to collect their tickets from the box office.
