Make sure your contact details are up to date, including a mobile telephone number as this will be our first point of contact, and we will reach out to you. If an event has been confirmed as cancelled, you'll have the option to exchange or refund on the Ticketek UK app.

Please note this is subject to availability* and only new dates/timeslots that are like for like, matching your original order will be shown. In the event that you cannot find a suitable date/time, you can request a refund on the app, and re-book your tickets online.
If you wish to receive a refund for your cancelled event, you can also do so by clicking "Return ticket" on the Ticketek UK app. For further instructions on how to request a refund for a cancelled event, you can click here.
Please note that refunds for cancelled events can take up to 15 working days to appear in the account used to make the purchase. If you have not received your refund in this amount of time, please contact us by clicking the link below so we can investigate this further.
If your account has been closed since you have made the purchase, unfortunately, we're unable to issue a refund to a different card, it will need to be refunded to the original card payment method used. Please do reach out to us by clicking the link below so we can provide the refund details that you can present to your bank to retrieve your funds.
